Purpose
This activity teaches outside hitters to hit and tip to different locations on the court.
Setup
- Either tape off the corners of the court or place a chair in each corner
- Line up outside hitters in a hitting line behind the 10 foot line
How it works
- One at a time, each player steps forward
- Coach tosses a ball high outside
- Outside hitter approaches and hits or tips to one of the four corners
- The outside hitter that hits the most corners after a specific number of balls wins
